ABOUT US
You've all heard the story - we met in a port-a-potty line at a concert on April 22, 1998 (Hepcat, Reverend Horton Heat, Face to Face, and Madness if you were wondering). We talked on the phone for four hours the next day, and went on our first date the day after that. We've been inseparable ever since.
We made it all official on June 2, 2001 at the Lord's Park Pavilion in Jessie's hometown of Elgin, Illinois. Fast forward 25 years and now here we are! Older, maybe a little wiser, and still best friends.
As we said in our invitation, we firmly believe that our marriage has grown out of the love around us and so we would truly enjoy hosting you as part of our natural or chosen family.

DETAILS
About the Daniels & Fisher Clock Tower
Built in 1910, the Daniels & Fisher Clock Tower stood as the tallest structure west of the Mississippi for years, reaching an impressive height of 325 feet. The party will span five floors (17-21) and elevator service ends at the 17th floor. This unique space is industrial in nature, and two outdoor observation decks will be open so please dress accordingly.
Keep your fingers crossed for a beautiful sunset at 8:30!
Walk the Red Carpet
A red carpet will greet you upon arrival, have pictures taken as you wait for the elevator to the 17th floor. Dress sensibly for the space but also sharp for pictures! There is no specific dress code, please be comfortable but spiffy, and be ready to party. Think "beach wedding" style if a label helps.
Taste of our Travels
Join us for an after-party!

Late night drinks and snacks will be offered at our home, conveniently located a mile from the clock tower:
2408 Tremont Place
Denver, Colorado 80205

RSVP
Please let us know if you plan to attend.
Other Things to Know
Can we bring kids?
Aside from our niece and nephews, we respectfully ask that you leave the little ones home (unless they are traveling by womb). It is an industrial space and we want everyone to stay safe.
Gifts?
Don't even think about it! Our home and garage are filled to the brim. If you want to be generous, please consider one of our favorite charities:
-
The Elephant Sanctuary - we have been monthly donors since 2005 (they got us with a tear-jerker of a reunion between two elephants). Amazing things happen at this sanctuary.
-
Children International - since we only have four-legged children, we felt compelled to still support children of the two-legged variety, and have sponsored children in Ecuador ever since we visited that beautiful country in 2016.
Hotels and Things to Do
We currently have not arranged for a hotel block but please reach out if you would like our assistance with making arrangements.
If you are visiting Denver and are looking for things to do, we will be adding a page with some recommendations soon. Or reach out, we always love hearing from you.
